Can teachers continue to work on their results after the result entry date?
The result entry due date is only a reminder to teachers about the deadline by which results need to be entered. It does not mean teachers can no longer enter data after this date; it does not automatically lock them from entering data.
However, you may choose to remove the ability of teachers to enter results after this or any date, if you wish, by:
- Going to Management > System Settings > Permissions.
- Deselect Modify results for Teachers 1 and 2, and any other roles, if required.
If you wish to use this feature, you must remember to go back and reselect Modify Results when you'd like the teachers to be able to do their reports, such as when they are to start reporting for the next semester.
