What do I do when a teacher leaves?

Before the teacher leaves the school
- Ask if they have comment databases that they want to keep. If so, tell them to export their comment banks before they finish at the school.
Deactivate the teacher's login
- Go to Manage Data > Teachers
- Highlight the row of the teacher and click the Deactivate icon.
End date the teacher
- Go to Manage Data > Teachers
- Double click the row of the teacher or click the row and then the Edit icon.
- Enter an end date - usually this is the last day of the term in which they left.
- Click the Save icon.
