When using Windows 7 some people have found the Comment Tutor is very slow when writing comments. This is caused by an obsolete graphics driver and can be fixed by updating to the latest graphics driver via the graphics card manufacturer's website. eg. www.nvidia.com for Nvidia graphics chipsets or www.intel.com for Intel graphics chipsets.

If, for any reason, the graphics driver cannot be updated, Assessment Writer can be fixed by disabling Desktop Composition. After the driver has been updated, Desktop Composition can be enabled by reversing the process below.
