Accelerus Remote Assistance Print E-mail
Accelerus Remote Assistance is a remote connection tool that can be used by our Accelerus-MarkBook support staff to assist in resolving technical support issues.

Remote connections are encrypted using a 256 bit encryption key.

When prompted, enter the login and password supplied by your Technical Support Representative to initiate a remote connection.

Accelerus Remote Assistance uses TCP port 22 to establish a remote connection.  If your school has a firewall which blocks access to TCP port 22, we may still be able to connect using Citrix GoToAssist.
